Can I Visit Your Shop In Person?
We regularly stand at Antique & Collectors Fairs up and down the UK and would be happy to see you at one of these venues. Please see our Blog for further details and dates.
Do You Offer Layaway?
Yes, items are eligible for our layaway payment plans if the item value exceeds £150. The first payment must be paid within two days and is non-refundable. Layaway items must be paid for in full within a 90 day period. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the best plan for you.
Do You Sell Gift Cards?
Yes, gift cards are available to buy in various denominations and are valid for 12 months from purchase. They can be redeemed against any item on our website.
Does My Item Come In A Giftbox?
Yes, all items are carefully posted to you in either a jewellery box or pouch suitable for the item purchased.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?
We offer free gift wrapping on request and can include a personal message if you wish.
Do You Provide A Ring Resizing Service?
We do not offer a ring resizing service. We do not accept returns once a ring has been resized.
Can You Source An Item For Me?
Yes we are happy to listen to your requirements and will do our best to source it for you.
Do You Buy Gold & Unwanted Jewellery?
Yes we will consider buying items you wish to sell. Please contact us.
How Can I Be Sure My Item Is Genuine?
Please be assured that we hand-select all our jewellery from reputable dealers with whom we have built a good relationship with over many years. We thoroughly check each item for authenticity.
Can I Have My Jewellery Certified?
Yes, we can send precious gemstone jewellery to AnchorCert Gem Lab which is a centre of excellence for diamond gemstone and pearl identification. There is a fee for this service, please contact us for further information.
