UNITED KINGDOM

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – FREE on orders under £100
Orders under £100 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is normally aimed for the next working day after dispatch for most UK addresses, although this is not a guaranteed service. Tracking and delivery confirmation are provided.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – £9.50 upgrade on orders under £100
Customers may choose Royal Mail Special Delivery for £9.50. Delivery is normally by 1pm on the next working day (Monday–Friday) after dispatch for most UK addresses. Postcode exceptions apply. Tracking, photo and signature on delivery are provided.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – FREE on orders £100+
Orders of £100 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no additional charge.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after dispatch and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to selected destinations using Royal Mail International Tracked and/or DHL Express, depending on the destination and order value.

For selected lower-value orders, Royal Mail International Tracked may be available as a lower-cost option. Higher-value orders and some destinations are shipped using DHL Express only.

The shipping services, prices and estimated transit times available for your order will be shown at checkout.

International delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, local postal delays, remote-area delivery and public holidays can sometimes extend delivery times.

For international orders, please provide a valid telephone number and email address. These details may be used by the carrier or local postal service regarding delivery or customs clearance if required.

United States

We currently ship orders to the United States using DHL Express only.

We would normally like to offer a lower-cost tracked postal service for lower-value orders. However, due to current US import and duty-processing requirements, we are not presently able to offer that option in a way that we consider practical and reliable for our customers.

DHL Express provides secure, fully tracked delivery from the UK. The DHL charge shown at checkout is the shipping charge only. Any applicable US import duties, taxes or customs charges are separate and are payable by the recipient.

We keep our US shipping options under review and hope to offer a lower-cost service again if it becomes practical to do so.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duty, tax, customs clearance charges or carrier fees when entering the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and/or carrier and are payable by the recipient unless specifically stated otherwise. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge and Hunters Fine Jewellery does not receive these charges.

Customers are responsible for checking any potential import charges that may apply in their country before placing an order.
