Hunters Fine Jewellery Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase, and we're here to help if you need to make a return.

General Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, as it was when sent. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item arrived damaged or faulty. Please note, return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using insured or tracked delivery as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit if sent without this service.

UK Returns

For UK returns, please use a tracked postal or courier service and retain proof of postage. For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using an appropriately insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit when returned without tracking or suitable insurance.

International Returns

For international returns, please use a tracked and insured postal service. Be sure to label the package as "UK RETURNED GOODS" or "NO CUSTOMS CHARGE" to avoid customs fees. If customs charges are incorrectly applied due to labelling, they may be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we can't cover import duties or taxes that may arise from international returns.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or collected by the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard returns policy will apply.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items, including specific ring sizes, personalised jewellery, bespoke designs, and commissioned pieces, are non-refundable unless we made an error in their creation or the item is faulty.

Pre-Owned Jewellery

Pre-owned items altered, resized, or modified at the customer's request are not eligible for return or refund.
