Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you received your item, however, we must be informed within 3 days of you receiving an item. For items that are eligible for a refund (see below), we must be satisfied that they are in the exact condition that they were sent. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Our original shipping/postage costs will not be refunded unless you received the items in a faulty or damaged condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping/postage costs. We cannot provide a refund for any items that are not returned to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.

UK RETURNS
For UK returns, please return your item via guaranteed special delivery with insurance and tracking and inform us of the tracking code/number.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns, please use a postal service that adequately insures and tracks the item. Please inform us of the tracking code/number. In addition, please write on your package 'UK RETURNED GOODS - NO CUSTOMS CHARGE'. Any import fees incurred by Hunters Fine Jewellery due to incorrect postage labelling by the sender will be deducted from the buyer's refund. We will not be liable for any import taxes or duties that may be applied when returning items back to us from overseas.

CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER
Please note that custom and made-to-order pieces (such as specific ring sizes) are only eligible for a refund if there is a mistake in the making.

PRE-OWNED JEWELLERY
Pre-owned Items that have been altered or resized at your request are not eligible for return or refund.

All items are sent free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For your peace of mind, a signature will be required on delivery. Items are posted within 2 working days and aim to be delivered next working day before 1 pm

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UP TO £500

DELIVERY CHARGE: FREE
Orders up to £500 are sent free of charge via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. For your peace of mind, a signature will be required on delivery. Items are posted within 2 working days and typically take 7 to 10 days to arrive at their destination.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS BETWEEN £500 & £1000 
DELIVERY CHARGE: £30

For orders between £500 and £1000, we use DHL Global Express Shipping due to increased insurance costs required during transit. Items typically take between 2 to 6 days to arrive at their destination. Items are posted within 2 working days. For your peace of mind, a signature is required on delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGE: £40
