This 9ct gold shamrock pendant necklace is a hallmarked piece of Irish jewellery, symbolising luck, heritage and resilience. Designed in the classic shamrock style with vivid green lab-grown emeralds, it celebrates one of Ireland’s most recognised national emblems. The bright green emeralds contrast with the polished yellow gold, and each one is bezel set for a clean and secure finish.

Hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, the pendant can be bought alone, with a 16–18 inch adjustable chain or with a longer 18–20 inch adjustable chain.

Read our guide to the meaning of the shamrock to explore its associations with Ireland, St Patrick, the Holy Trinity and good fortune.

Product Insights

What does a shamrock pendant symbolise?

A shamrock pendant commonly symbolises Irish heritage, faith, unity and good fortune. In Christian tradition, its three leaves represent the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It may also be worn as a personal connection to Ireland or family heritage.

Is this a real emerald?

The pendant uses lab-grown emeralds — chemically identical to natural emeralds, but created in a lab for ethical sourcing and consistent colour.

Can I wear this every day?

Yes — the bezel setting and durable materials make this pendant suitable for everyday wear while maintaining its polished look.
