Antique 18ct gold horseshoe pin with pearls, circa 1910.

The horseshoe top is set with nine original graduated silvery-coloured pearls in individual petite prong settings. As often with pieces of this age, no visible marks were found; however, we tested it for gold quality. The setting is 18ct gold and the pin tests for 14ct.
