What is Feicui jade?
Feicui (翡翠) is the proper gemmological term used in China for jadeite jade. It refers specifically to natural jadeite with no dye or polymer filling — the same material graded on NGTC reports.

What is Grade A jadeite?
Grade A jadeite means the stone is natural, untreated, and free from any resin or dye. It’s the highest classification for genuine jadeite jewellery.

Is this Buddha pendant made from real jadeite?
Yes — the pendant is made from certified Grade A jadeite, with full testing by NGTC. You’ll receive the original certificate confirming authenticity.

International Orders

Royal Mail International Tracked may be available for selected lower-value orders and destinations.

DHL Express is used for higher-value orders and destinations where a postal option is not available.

Pre-owned and ready-made stock is normally dispatched within 2 working days.

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order for eligible items, provided they are returned in the same condition as received and with their original packaging.

Custom-made, personalised or altered jewellery, including items made or resized specifically to your requirements, cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
