This lab ruby heart necklace is crafted in solid 9ct gold (375 rose gold) with a smooth, softly rounded front and a flat reverse, giving the pendant a gentle, sculpted feel. Set with a vivid lab-grown ruby, it offers rich colour and a refined finish that works beautifully for everyday wear.

Please note that rose gold tones can vary subtly depending on alloy composition and lighting conditions, giving each piece its own warm, natural character.

The pendant is fully hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office and includes my registered maker’s mark. It can be worn on its own or paired with an adjustable chain, making it easy to style alone or layered with other necklaces.

International Orders

Royal Mail International Tracked may be available for selected lower-value orders and destinations.

DHL Express is used for higher-value orders and destinations where a postal option is not available.

USA customers: We currently ship to the United States by DHL Express only. A lower-cost postal option is not currently offered due to US import and duty-processing requirements.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom and made-to-order jewellery, including rings made in a specific size, normally takes 4–6 weeks, including hallmarking.

Pre-owned and ready-made stock is normally dispatched within 2 working days.

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order for eligible items, provided they are returned in the same condition as received and with their original packaging.

Custom-made, personalised or altered jewellery, including items made or resized specifically to your requirements, cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
